Terms of Shipment

Delivery is not included in the quoted price of goods in the website, except as may be stated in any offers.We  Best of Art   always do our utmost to make the right decision in terms of shipment to your destination, including insurance and carrier. On all this we can advice you options when agreeing a telephone/mail order. Where applicable, your order will be delivered by your chosen method.

We despatch your ordered masterpieces in stock the next working day. Where pieces are not yet in stock, or we have agreed your order to be held until all the pieces are in stock, we despatch them as soon as we receive the whole order placed by you. Should the masterpiece takes longer than usual to arrive, we will inform you in writing/email regarding the process. In case you are not happy with our process, we always offer an alternative piece/service or will refund you payment fully.

Packaging of the goods will be according to the the product you purchase. When items are returned for some reaon, we expect them to be in the original packaging.
