Delivery

Delivery is not included in the quoted price of goods in the website, unless otherwise states or as a part of any promotions. We Best of Art always do our utmost to make the right decision in terms of shipment to your destination. This includes insurance options and carrier. On all this we can advice your options when agreeing a telephone/mail order. Where possible, your order will be delivered by your chosen method or carrier.

We despatch your ordered masterpieces in stock the next working day. Where pieces are not yet in stock, or we have agreed your order to be held until all the pieces are in stock, we despatch them as soon as we receive the whole order placed by you. Should the masterpiece takes longer than usual to arrive, we will inform you in writing/email regarding the process. In case you are not happy with our process, we always offer an alternative piece/service, if you are totally unhappy we will refund your payment in full.

Packaging of the goods will be according to the product purchased. When items are returned for any reasons, we expect them to be in the original packaging.
